Pixel Tanx — Account Deletion

Pixel Tanx is operated by Kollectr LLC, doing business as Atomic Kiwi.

To request deletion of your Atomic Kiwi account and linked game profiles, email support@atomickiwi.studio, preferably from the address associated with your account.

Suggested subject: Pixel Tanx account deletion. A particular subject or reason for leaving is not required.

Tell us whether you use the public game, an official test build, or both. If you are unsure, we will help identify the correct environment. We verify ownership and confirm the scope before deleting anything. If you cannot access your account's email address, contact us from an address you can access for help verifying ownership.

Never send passwords, sign-in codes, session tokens, or identity documents.

What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes your Atomic Kiwi account, shared profile, and linked game memberships in the confirmed environment(s), not just Pixel Tanx membership. If other games use that shared account, their linked profiles are affected too. It does not delete your Google account. Development/test and production accounts are separate.

We also address associated personal information held by our service providers. Limited records may be retained where needed for security, a legal obligation, or a dispute, only while needed for that purpose; we explain applicable exceptions when handling your request. Restricted backups expire through the relevant provider's rotation rather than being erased instantly. See our Privacy Policy for retention criteria.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge email requests within two business days and complete deletion from active systems within seven calendar days after verifying ownership and scope. Applicable legal deadlines still apply, including deadlines measured from your initial request. If additional steps or time are needed, we will explain them and any legally permitted extension.

Delete in the game

If you can sign in, use Profile → Delete Account and confirm the warning. You do not need to install or sign in to the game to request deletion by email. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete your account.
